This is story about my sad dog.
Now is winter. My dog sits near my window and watchs through. He wants go for a walk, but he just came back. And he often whines. Because of dog I feel sad too. Mister sees in my eyes and “say” go for a walk. I can’t because I’m busy. My mum washes the dishes. Dad goes away. When I have free time, I play with Mister, but I have little free time. Outside is snowy, and nobody wantn’t go for a walk with Mister. It’s very sad day, but at 2 o’clock I will go to my granny with Mister. It will happy part of this day.

You have written a good story and I felt sorry for Mister. I hope in spring he will have more time outdoors.
My recommendation: when your finish writing your text, take your copybook with the rules and check it. We have for rules on our STOP IT list, one of them is: use articles. Making this type of mistakes means that the multiplier will be 0.5.
Also remember that when we speak about weather, it + to be should be used: It is cold; It was winter.
