I believe in content -based learning, when we give meaningful  material, which can be incorporated into life or gives food for though.
Here is a great video how to do a full-body workout In 7 minutes.
Activities? Here we go!
1) Make a screenshot of the first frame and cut into into the pictures of the exercises.
2) Ask the students to take the cards one by one and....
... name the exercises
or
... spell out the exercises
or perform the exercises in the card and let others give the right name for it.
