The  THE INTERNATIONAL SUMMER WRITING CONTEST is closed.
But ICAN Club will continue its encouragement program.

Young Learners will be awarded a Winner Sticker for each post which scores +500 points

Adults will be offered a 5 per cent discount to attend a session in ICAN Club for each post + 1500 points.

But do not write for prizes. Prizes are just a game to keep you interested and feel appreciated. 

Writing for publication will dramatically improve your essays and will get you to the next level of real-life communication. Staying in top three longest will be randomly awarded by ICAN Club's prizes.

New Rules since October 1, 2016

Our 2016 INTERNATIONAL SUMMER WRITING CONTEST is finished, but ICAN Club introduced a new writing encouragement program.

Since October 1, 2016 the author of each text that scores 1,500 and more points will be entitled to a 5 per cent discount when attending a session in ICAN Club.

International students will receive a post-card from Belarus after writing five texts scoring 1,500 points each. It will be written on the card that your texts have been published on the site.

Please, remember that you should keep writing to develop a habit of written expression and writing skills. Do not do it for prizes. Prizes are just a game to keep you interested and feel appreciated. It's more fun with prizes, isn't it? :-)
