Learning a foreign language without using it does not make much sense. When using a foreign language, you will discover that language is not all you need, The key point in international communication is UNDERSTANDING a person from another culture. And here you need the knowledge of  cross-cultural differences and the rules of intercultural communication. 
ICAN, English Speaking Club in Minsk, has created an opportunity for you to discover  cross-cultural differences and test your real-life communication skill in a conversation with a native spaker from Canada.
There will be a talk about a foreigner’s experience visiting Canada for the first time. Our Canadian guest will tall us about the culture, geography and climate in this area.
You can discuss any other topics during the conversation time. If you have any specific questions, you can ask them in advance.

The session will be conducted in English. We work in small groups, the number of seats is limited.
