We are living in the Information Age, and many of us have already started feeling the difference between the past and the present. Some of us embrace the change, others fear and predict grim future.

Let's practice our debating skills while discussing this issue. You will have a double benefit: (a) improved communication skills and (b) raising awareness of what is going on, security and opportunities.

Some issues to debate:

1. Digitisation is a way to a police state governed by "superhumans", who design these information technologies.

2. Online communication leads to social isolation and ultimately increase of suicide rate.

3. There is no harm is sharing personal data on social networks. It eases communication and helps to choose the right partners.

4. Information technologies create global opportunities. It is up to us how to use them.

The session will be conducted in English. We work in small groups, the number of participants is limited. Buy your tickets here. Each ticket holder will receive a link to the video conference.
