The 7th of November is an official holiday in  Belarus. But do you know what kind of holiday it is?
October revolution  of 1917 was a major event of the 20th century, which dramatically transformed the world, split it into two camps, communist and capitalist, causing a century long opposition and global turbulence. The evaluation of this event kept changing along with the change in ideology, bringing up a lot of falsification and manipulation. The eve of this holiday seems to be a good time to discuss the cause and effects of this event and to realise the roots of the processes that we observe in our community.
REQUIRES PREPARATION: read some documents from that time and be prepared to share your findings.
