Social Inclusion And Human Rights

Social Inclusion And Human Rights

ONLINE TICKETS are here

Most of us are good and kind people living a happy life pursuing our goals. We worry about homeless cats and wildfires, we give money to safe children suffering from life threatening diseases and other charity causes. But few of us are aware of a parallel world, the world of people with special needs. "Inclusion" has become a buzz word, but are we really ready for it?
Most of us do not mean to be cruel, and yet we hurt people with disabilities just because we do not know how to treat them, how to offer help without humiliating their self-esteem.
Here is good news: this Tue September 10 we are going to meet a person who, literally, knows this problem inside out.
Aliaksandr Yerhulevich, MA law and MA social psychology, will run a workshop, which will cover human and legal issues of social inclusion and human rights.
In terms of mastering English, there will be a lot of interaction.
