Learn to Listen and Appreciate

Learn to Listen and Appreciate

I decided to add this tip after a very important and ... unproductive meeting.
There were a lot of smart educated people, and everyone was saying wise things. However, no one responded to the statement of the previous speaker, and as a result they finish with no outcome. Moreover, they concluded that "in this country it is not possible to make anything happen." Why? Because they didn't want to listen to one another and didn't hear the great ideas put forward by their partners.
To be successful in communication you do not need to talk too much. It's enough to listen and react, and also to be able to present your idea in a nutshell and to be able to answer the questions.

Remember: God gave us two ears and one mouth so that we listened more and spoke less.
Do you agree with this statement?
