One night there was a very strong storm in the forest. The animals didn’t know what to do. A mouse decided to hide under a big tree. Suddenly the tree fell on the mouse.
In the morning a hedgehog came to the clearing. He saw the moгse and wanted to help him, but he couldn’t lift the tree. Not far away there was a crow sitting in a tree.
“Somebody is destined to live happily, somebody is destined to die” , said the crow.
“Get away from here!” shouted the hedgehog.
Flying away, the crow cried, “I will teach you a lesson!”
Meanwhile a hare came to the clearing. He saw the hedgehog trying to lift the fallen tree with the help of a leaver.
“Can I help?” asked the hare.
“Yes, of course!” said the hedgehog.
Meanwhile the crow flew to the other end, of the forest where a wolf lived.
“Why are you lying here? Your breakfast will not wait for you!”
“Where’s the prey? asked the wolf.
“Come on! I’ll show you the way.” said the crow.
Another hare and her babies came to the clearing.
“Come on, babies! Let’s help them,” said the hare.
“Ok, mum” , said the babies.
The hedgehog, the daddy hare, the mummy hare and the babies were trying to lift the tree, but it was too heavy.
An ant came to the clearing and asked, “Can I help?”
“Yes, please,” said the hedgehog.
The ant joined the animals and together they lifted the tree.
When the mouse was released everyone cried, “We did it!” And they ran away happily to their homes. When the wolf and the crow reached the clearing they saw nobody there. The wolf asked,”Why isn’t anyone here?”
“I don’t know” said the crow. The wolf grew angry and he wanted to snap the crow but it blew away.
