We have a lot of fitness clubs and gyms in our city. They offer different fitness programs and systems. I started attending fitness clubs more than ten years ago. Since that time I have tried different types of fitness. And Pilates has become my favorite. I practice it on a regular basis. I visit Pilates classes at the fitness club two or three times a week. Every class lasts for one hour. Usually we have not more than ten people in our group. So the instructor can pay attention to everybody. I believe that Pilates helps my body to be strong and healthy. Especially it is useful for people who have to sit in front of the computer during the whole working day.
I like Pilates because it is very friendly to spine and joints. Almost after every exercise we do stretching and relaxing movements to give some rest to muscles and joints. A lot of attention is paid to correct breathing. If an exercise seems hard I can ask the instructor how to change my position to make the exercise easier. Also I enjoy music for Pilates. Usually it is calm and relaxing. And I like the atmosphere at the fitness club. People are united by the idea of healthy lifestyle. We encourage and support each other.
Some friends of mine keep saying that they don`t have enough will power to practice fitness on a regular basis. My advice to them is to try different types of fitness to find their favorite. And then it will be pleasure.

My tip is: try to diversify the structures. Replace "I like/ I enjoy", etc with such phrases as:
- It seems to be very useful
- It is enjoyable
- The atmosphere is favorable and encourages the participants do their best.
